Police arrested a Palm Beach County man after they say he used his cell phone to film underage girls changing clothes inside a mall dressing room.
Sean Power was arrested Monday evening after an employee at the PacSun store inside the Palm Beach Gardens Mall said he saw the 24-year-old bend down near one of the changing areas, pull out his phone and place it inside the room where three 14-year-old girls were inside.
According to NBC affiliate WPTV, Power left the mall before security could arrive, but officers later pulled his car over and arrested him on charges of video voyeurism. He is being held on $15,000 bond and has been ordered to not have any contact with malls or people under the age of 18.
The victims said they did not see the phone at all while they were inside the room.
