Woman #Killed Teenager Because She #Wanted To #Tick Murder Off #Bucket #List

People young and old often compile ‘bucket lists’ to tick off, to ensure that they’re getting the most out of life and doing the things they’ve always wanted to do. Whether it’s seeing the Eiffel Tower, going cliff jumping, learning Spanish – everyone’s list is unique.

But one Aussie woman’s bucket list had a very, very dark item: murder.

Jemma Lilley was reportedly obsessed with death and murder, which she partly blamed on horror movies. She idolised Freddie Krueger – the creepy AF, nightmare-invading child murderer from the Nightmare on Elm Street film franchise – and even considered him a father figure.

The Perth-based woman had always wanted to bring fiction into reality and satisfy her urge to kill, but never could bring herself to end a life.

That was until she met Trudi Lenon.

Lilley moved in with the 44-year-old mum and they formed a dominant/submissive relationship. Trudi also shared a desire to kill someone and the pair exchanged messages between each other about their fantasies.

In one message, Jemma said: “I feel as though I cannot rest until the blood or flesh of a screaming victim is gushing out and pooling on the floor.”

Trudi replied: “It is definitely time – I am ready, you are ready.”

It was only after living together for a month did they find their victim in 18-year-old Aaron Pajich, who had Asperger’s and was friendly with one of Trudi’s sons.

Before they lured the teenager to their house, they bought a bevvy of supplies for the murder and eventual cover-up, including a tarpaulin, 100 litres of hydrochloric acid, a saw, cement and a huge bucket.

Trudi and Jemma invited Aaron to their house under the pretence of getting him to install a computer game. They picked him up from a shopping centre and took him to the place where he would eventually die.

Jemma tried to strangle him with a wire but when they failed, she stabbed him three times and left him to bleed to death.

According to the Mirror, Jemma sent Trudi a message following the murder which read: “I am seeing things I haven’t seen before. I’m feeling things I haven’t felt before. It’s incredibly empowering. Thank you.”

Police eventually traced Aaron’s last call to Trudi and went on to find a list of torture techniques, the murder equipment and some freshly laid cement – under which the teenager’s body was buried.

They were both sentenced to life behind bars with the possibility of parole after 28 years.
